Installing AssetWise Information Integrity Server delivers the required Core database files which are used by all AssetWise datasources. Some optional AssetWise features, or other Bentley products that use AssetWise as a platform, often require additional database files to be installed on the AssetWise Information Integrity Server computer to enable their functionality. After installing these additional database files, you need to open AssetWise System Management Console and update your datasource to deploy the newly installed database files to the database. If you have multiple datasources, you need to update each of the datasources where you want the new functionality enabled.

• AssetWise Engineering Designer Database Files

  Before you can use the optional AssetWise Engineering Designer Web Plug-ins, you must first install the AssetWise Engineering Designer database files and then deploy them to the datasources where you want to enable this functionality.

• AssetWise ProjectWise Database Files

  When integrating AssetWise with ProjectWise, part of the configuration involves installing the necessary database files on the AssetWise Information Integrity Server computer and then updating the datasources that you want to integrate with ProjectWise.
